Spirit feast

What is helping me today is thinking about the word Spirit feast. As I learn to feast on the Spirit and start to view life as Spirit feast. Moses knew God wanted the slaves to go into the wilderness to hold a feast unto God. I also think about the last supper where Jesus said this is my flesh and blood. I believe these scriptures are helping me to be prepared for an eternal Spirit feast. As I feast on the Spirit it seems that God blessing by pulling away other desires somewhat to where I have peace. You can feast on the Spirit by obeying God and singing for God and reading scripture and serving the Lord. The more we focus on feasting on the Spirit the things we struggle with lose their hold. Lord help me feast on your Spirit and keep my focus there. Fumbling around in life instead of feasting more on the Spirit who knows.
